SHS Choir Students, please have your rehearsal recordings of you singing the Alma Mater with the accompaniment submitted by 6 pm today. As of right now I only have 1 submission, I need 25 more.
Eighth grade students and parents...please check your email for details about graduation. Practice is tomorrow morning at 9:00 am in the high school gym.
Attention 8th grade and high school band students: Practice for graduation will be tonight in the gym beginning at 7pm. Please enter through the gym door. Our graduating seniors deserve a supportive band to mark the end of their high school years. Please plan on attending rehearsal & the ceremony on Friday night. The HS Graduation Ceremony on July 10 will be Live-Streamed by KMMO & sponsored by Exchange Bank of Mo! We will share the access link closer to time, but wanted to thank KMMO & Exchange Bank for their support of our Slater Wildcats & the Class of 2020!
Thank you to everyone who donated their time, energy, and supplies to help with prom. There are several items at the school that belong to parents or community members. Class of 2021, we need more than 2 students to come help clean up prom decorations. The school will have no issues charging us a fee if they have to clean up for us.
Band Students playing for HS Graduation (on 7/10): Rehearsals are July 6 & 8 at 7:00 pm. Please check your school email for a copy of the music. It was sent on June 15. See you soon!

Class of 2021, we will be taking down the prom decorations today starting at 3 until everything is clean. The more people we have, the less time it will take. See you there! :)
We can't wait to dance the night away at Prom tomorrow night w/our HS Wildcats (8-11 in the Cafeteria)! Students attending Prom will enter into the Library for temperature checks before entering the dance. See you soon!
After Prom will be held in the cafeteria from 11:45 p.m.-2:00 a.m. on June 26. If a student leaves prom for any reason before 11:00 p.m. they will not be admitted into After prom.
Prom goers today is the last day to pay for prom. I will be in the HS office until 3 pm.
We have a volunteer to photographer’s assistant. Thank you!
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we need a photographer’s assistant for prom. Lee’s Studio has offered compensation to a parent or community member who volunteers. If interested, please email amaschmeier@slaterschools.net
Prom walk-in will begin at 8 pm Friday evening in the circle drive of the school and prom itself will last until 11 pm. Come show love to these wonderful students who will be decked out in beautiful gowns and handsome tuxedos driving some awesome cars!
