Seniors and parents, this is the most important scholarship application to fill out because it will go to several local businesses in our area!  DUE DATE FEBRUARY 19TH, 2021

DIRECTIONS:

Right click on the Scholarship Application link below - open link in new window

On the top right, click on the disk - SAVE

Under Google Drive click on - Create Your Own Copy

Type in your information

Click on the disk - SAVE and scroll down and click on SAVE NOW

When you are done - print it.  Student and parent must sign the last page.

If you can't print - Go to your Google Drive and open the document - Then on the right click on the three dots; under the three dots it says SHARE.  Share it with Coach Horton.  You and your parent will still need to sign the application.
