Below is a link to the General Application for Scholarships. Please complete this application, sign it and have your parents sign it; then return it to Coach Horton's office by Friday, February 21st. This application affords you the opportunity to be considered for many local scholarships.

\r\nRight click on the Scholarship Application link below - open link in new window
\r\nOn the top right, click on the disk - SAVE
\r\nUnder Google Drive click on - Create Your Own Copy
\r\nType in your information
\r\nClick on the disk - SAVE and scroll down and click on SAVE NOW
\r\nWhen you are done - print and student and parent must sign the last page.
\r\nIf you can't print - Go to your Google Drive and open the document - Then on the right click on the three dots; under the three dots it says SHARE. Share it with Coach Horton. You and your parent will still need to sign the application.
